In the case of missing items, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

In the case of damaged items, please keep the goods that will need to be replaced in the original shipping box and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that you may be asked to submit photographs of the items being reported as damaged.

We will not accept any claims for missing items or damaged goods after 24 hrs of the client recives the order.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all items for sale in our online store but certain items such as the hookah glass bowls are not covered under any warranties.

THE PRESENTED PRODUCT IMAGE MAY DIFFER FROM ITS ACTUAL APPEARANCE BECAUSE OF DIFFERENCES IN GRAINS, TONES AND COLOR OF THE CLAY OR GLASS FROM WHICH IT IS PRODUCED. 

Deliveries are performed same day on all orders placed before 2pm on working days. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Hookah Malta offers Free same day delivery on all orders above € 30. All orders below €30 are subject to a € 5 flat rate delivery charge. 

We will try to deliver the goods to you within the time estimated for delivery. Our driver will contact the client directly to schedule the delivery accordingly. We will only deliver the order to the address given with the order confirmation. Hookah Malta reserves the right to hold off the delivery should the address given is incomplete and/or wrong.

If the delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, we will try again the next day (or, if the vendor or the client notifies us, we will put it on hold for a specified day).

If the second attempt at delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to Hookah Malta, who will then determine whether or not to send it out for delivery a third time. Hookah Malta reserves the right to charge the client for another delivery attempt.

Hookah Malta allows the client to pick up the order from our warehouse. We are open Monday to Friday from 8 am till 6pm. All pick ups must be effected during those times. 

As of the date of delivery of the order , if you are an Individual, you have 14 days to as for a withdrawal , and be refunded except shipping and return costs of the remaining goods which at the charge of the customer. However incomplete products , used, worn, damaged , not returned in the undamaged original packaging or dirty are not accepted. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2001-741 of August 23rd 2001 , the period of withdrawal does not apply to : goods on sale or destocked product
